Market Intelligence and Marketing Strategy - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities across the region
Regional Marketing Co-ordination and Execution - Manage and coordinate marketing activities at regional sites, ensuring alignment with overall central marketing strategies and objectives. Work closely with regional teams to understand project requirements and coordinate marketing efforts accordingly. Liaise with regional teams to ensure marketing materials align with project aesthetics and branding. Provide inputs and insights for the creation of marketing communications, ensuring they meet project-specific requirements and timelines. Oversee the execution of centrally created marketing campaigns at regional sites. Coordinate the approval process for campaign materials and modifications with regional offices and central marketing teams. Brief external agencies on campaign requirements and changes. Coordinate closely with the central marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials. Ensure timely production and distribution of marketing collateral at regional sites.
Regional Marketing Strategy Implementation and Performance - Evaluate regional market dynamics and recommend tailored marketing strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI. Monitor regional marketing activities' performance against set objectives and budgets. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement. Provide marketing support to regional sales teams, including the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers for efficient execution of marketing campaigns and activities. Assist in organizing and managing regional marketing events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Local Market Insights & Customer Visits - Conduct regular site visits to gather local market insights and competitive intelligence. Use this information to optimize marketing strategies and messaging. Select appropriate hoardings and other marketing placements for projects, considering visibility, target audience reach, and project-specific requirements. Assist in the customer handover process, ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction. Participate in channel partner meetings and on-site events to enhance customer engagement.
