Ensure consistent and timely responses to participant and lead inquiries.
Website and Social Media Management:
Regularly update the website with event details, certifications, and new content.
Develop and post engaging social media content to promote initiatives across platforms.
Track engagement metrics and use tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite to optimize campaigns.
Technical Integration and Tools Management:
Set up and maintain QR codes for events, feedback forms, and resources.
Collaborate with the team to integrate digital tools for marketing automation and lead tracking.
Troubleshoot technical issues across platforms like CRM, webinar tools, and email marketing software.
Reporting and Analytics:
Track and analyze performance metrics for certifications, webinars, and campaigns.
