Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the scheduling of interviews and meetings for HR and recruitment purposes.
Make phone calls to candidates, confirming interview times, providing necessary details, and answering any questions they may have.
Support sourcing activities by identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate screening to assess their fit for available roles.
Assist with maintaining and updating candidate databases.
Help prepare job postings and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as preparing interview schedules and coordinating interview panels.
Assist the recruitment team with candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Communicate with candidates regarding scheduling changes or updates.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate information.
