People Specialist (People Experience)

Acting as the point of contact for events in India, overseeing the end-to-end planning, organization, and execution
Assisting with coordination and delivery of global onboarding
Liaising with external vendors and local People Experience teams worldwide to ensure speedy delivery of services
Supporting the People Experience team to deliver KPIs
Working on team projects to improve employee engagement in identified focus areas
Supporting the end-to-end process for the recognition program
Creating solutions to enhance Revoluters' experience
Implementing cost reduction ideas
Managing the Employee Engagement Service Desk
